The freeze-drying process of HDF-2500 is as follows: Freshly prepared materials must first be frozen in a freezer to -30 ℃ or -40 ℃. The refrigeration system provided by SHENSHENG will provide sufficient cooling capacity for the quick freezer. It will take about 3 hours as this is rapid freezing. The advantage of quick freezing is the formation of small ice cubes inside the material, ensuring the quality of freeze-dried products.
